These terms are an agreement between you and R66 Solutions, LLC, a Nevada company, which operates BingoMeNow, for the BingoMeNow website and text-alert program. Support email: support@bingomenow.com.
By using the site or requesting text alerts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not submit a mobile number.
The service
BingoMeNow publishes informational notices about bingo sessions and hall events from halls across the United States. A notice describes an event, such as a session time or a hall gathering. It is not a cash-prize promotion, not a gambling offer, and not a promise that a hall will hold an event exactly as described.
SMS Terms
- Program name: BingoMeNow.
- Description: recurring automated text messages with news about bingo sessions and hall events from halls across the USA. The messages are informational event notices.
- How you join: submit your mobile number on the text-alert page and check the consent box. The box is not pre-checked. That step is a request only. BingoMeNow sends a confirmation text. You must reply YES to that text before event notices begin.
- Consent language shown beside the form: “By entering your number and tapping Subscribe, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from BingoMeNow at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
- Frequency: message frequency varies. BingoMeNow does not use a fixed number of messages per day, week, or month.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Help: reply HELP for help. The help text in use is: “BingoMeNow: Help at bingomenow.com or reply STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply.”
- Stop: reply STOP to cancel. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are also honored. After a recognized opt-out, BingoMeNow marketing texts stop.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use
Submit only a mobile number you are allowed to enroll. Do not use the site to interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or send unlawful content. We may refuse or end a sign-up that breaks these terms or carrier rules.
Intellectual property
The BingoMeNow name, logo, and site content are owned by R66 Solutions, LLC or its licensors. These terms let you view the site and request the text program. They do not transfer ownership of the content.
Disclaimers
Event details can change or be canceled by the hall. The site and texts are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, BingoMeNow disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, R66 Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for messages that are delayed or not delivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the State of Nevada are the venue for disputes, except where the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Continued use of the site after the new date means you accept the posted terms. Text alerts you already confirmed still follow the STOP and HELP rules on this page.
