This policy describes how BingoMeNow!!™ handles information when you use the website or request text notices about bingo sessions and hall events. Those texts are informational event notices.
Information BingoMeNow!!™ collects
When you use the text-alert sign-up, BingoMeNow!!™ collects:
- The mobile number you enter.
- Consent details: that you checked the consent box, the consent language shown, and the time of the request.
- Text replies related to the program, including YES, HELP, and STOP.
The site host may also record technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. The text-alert form does not ask for a payment card.
How BingoMeNow!!™ uses information
- To send the confirmation text and record whether you reply YES.
- After you reply YES, to send informational notices about bingo sessions and hall events from halls across the USA.
- To answer HELP and to honor STOP and other opt-out requests.
- To keep a record of consent for wireless carriers and applicable law.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- To respond when you email support@bingomenow.com.
BingoMeNow!!™ does not use the program to promote cash prizes or gambling.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How BingoMeNow!!™ shares information

BingoMeNow!!™ will maintain strict adherence to all statutory regulations.

Retention
BingoMeNow!!™ keeps a mobile number and its consent record while the number is subscribed and afterward for as long as needed to show consent and to honor an opt-out.
