Operator FAQ
Payments, reservations, compliance, and onboarding — migrated from the classic BingoMeNow knowledge base.
My hall does not accept credit or debit cards. How do I proceed?+
To accept cards you need a payment processor. The processor routes transaction details to card networks and issuing banks, then deposits funds into your merchant account. If you do not have a processor yet, we can help you get started — ask about CardPayMeNow when you onboard.
Can players order bingo with credit and/or debit cards?+
Yes. BingoMeNow supports credit, debit, and cash — and you can combine payment methods. You can configure credit-only, debit-only, or cash-only acceptance. Vouchers, coupons, and other methods may also be available depending on your setup. Always verify compliance with your local statutes and regulations.
Are seat reservations required?+
No. Reservations and seat maps are optional but powerful tools. BingoMeNow is flexible — configure what fits your hall, whether that is open seating, reserved seats, or a mix. Confirm your setup meets local gaming regulations.
What do players get for the convenience fee?+
Players gain peace of mind, shorter lines, and contactless checkout. Many halls use the fee to fund reserved seating or promotional packs for app users. Transparent benefits help drive adoption and reduce counter congestion before each session.
