How to Limit the Discount to the First 10 Players
To limit this discount to the first 10 players that buy is very simple. Add inventory!
Click the Inventory icon to open the Inventory Pane.
Then click Add lot button to add the first lot. The inventory pane should look like this:
The inventory configuration on an automatic item will tell the system when it’s available.
It’s possible to define a Location (make the discount available only on your less used rooms, to incentivise sales).
Select a Lot type out of two:
Consumable: The inventory number goes down as it’s purchased, this works like a regular inventory.
Reusable: The inventory number goes down per session. A number of 10, for example, means there will be 10 discounts available for each session.
It is also possible to limit when the inventory is available. To do that check the Advanced checkbox.
These options are available to each configured lot. Here you can define when the lot should be available. As with other options on BingoMeNow!!™ powered by Airmenu this refers to the Session Date and not the actual date.
Example: on the above screenshot the lot will only be available for the 6/22 10:03 session, regardless of when the purchase is being made.
